*Overdraft Privilege is available upon approval, 30 days after account opening. If we pay a Non-Sufficient Funds item, a flat per item Overdraft Fee of $28.00 will be charged to your account. If we return a Non-Sufficient Funds item, a flat per item Return Item Fee of $28.00 will be charged. After the third consecutive day in overdraft, an additional $3.00 fee may be charged for each day you remain in overdraft as set forth in our Schedule of Fees. In addition, your account must be brought to a positive balance within 30 days. Whether your overdrafts will be paid is discretionary and we reserve the right not to pay. For example, we typically do not pay overdrafts if your account is not in good standing, you are not making regular deposits, or you have excessive overdrafts.
